General Manager, Wedding and Event Coordinator
Your wedding coordinator will:
– provide you with a private viewing of the Lodge prior to booking, giving all the information applicable, answering all your questions and tailoring to your event.
– keep you on track in terms of venue plans with a wedding itinerary form, recommending and ensuring your ideas logistically work within the building.
– assist you with drawing up room plans, table layouts and seating plans.
– be a phone call/email away if you need any help or advice throughout.
– set up of wedding decorations the morning of your wedding with our complimentary dressing service.
– be at hand for the ceremony/arrival to the Lodge before passing onto Canada Lodge bar staff and Spiro’s catering staff for the evening.
We use Spiro’s for our wedding catering, where they also bring a dedicated team of chefs, waiting staff and a front of house manager that acts as your master of ceremonies for your wedding day.
